Registration Procedure

The client makes an appointment by calling the clinic administration at +371 29 188 182.
By phone, the administrator will verify the animal's parasite treatments (both endo- and ectoparasites), vaccinations, and general health condition.
The animal must have a valid vaccination against rabies (R) and viral diseases (DHPPI + L), and be treated for endoparasites and ectoparasites. If not, prophylactic treatment must be administered no later than 14 days before admission to the hotel.
Prophylactic vaccination must be administered no later than 7 days before admission to the hotel.
Within 14 days prior to admission, the animal must not have experienced clinical illness with fever, diarrhea, apathy, coughing, or difficulty urinating or defecating.
If the health condition and prophylactic treatments meet the requirements, the animal is registered for a clinical examination at Dr. Nartiša Veterinary Clinic before admission to the hotel.

The hotel is equipped with 6 individual kennels suitable for dogs of various sizes.

Feeding

The client provides food for the duration of the stay, informing us of alternative food if the provided amount runs out.
Animals are fed twice a day or more frequently, if agreed upon during registration.
Bowls for dry food are washed once a day after the last meal.
Bowls for wet food are washed after each meal.

Walks

Walks are organized using the necessary equipment for securing the animal (harness, leash), provided by the owner.
The animal is taken for a walk twice a day or more frequently by arrangement.
The duration of one walk is not shorter than 20 minutes, or longer by arrangement.
Walks take place in an urban environment or a specially designated walking area.

Action if the animal's health deteriorates

If the animal’s health deteriorates during its stay at the hotel, the owner is immediately informed, and if necessary, veterinary assistance is initiated at Dr. Nartiša Veterinary Clinic.
